Bibby Financial Services has launched a support programme to aid introducers’ new business efforts. The financial introducer programme, entitled More, has been launched on the back of recent research by Bibby, which looked at the challenges faced by intermediaries when it comes to generating new business. The study showed that 90% of intermediaries believe personal contacts are the most effective way of generating new business, while 66% said networking events help to build new business opportunities. The programme will include a host of support services to help businesses develop, such as access to a series of free master classes and national events throughout the year, aiding networking and new business opportunities. Other support includes access to a telemarketing resource to assist with a particular campaign, as well as event partnership and branded marketing collateral. Andrew Tait, executive director at Bibby, commented: “When it comes to generating new business, the most common challenges faced by introducers, as identified by our recent research, are a lack of time and budget. Our new support programme aims to address this as it is specifically designed to give these valued business partners access to funds, marketing materials and networking opportunities to drive their new business ambitions.” Other Business Money News
